Tootsies Shoes offers a full refund or exchange on unworn merchandise within a 14 day period of the purchase date. Please email us first at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with your details, and then simply return the merchandise in the original box in saleable condition along with your receipt to receive an exchange or full refund to your credit card (excluding postage).
We suggest the use of Registered Post or Express Post for returning items to enable tracking of the parcel. Postage costs when returning an item for a refund are incurred by the customer.
Recommendation: Please try on your shoes on a carpeted area. This prevents damage to the soles of the shoes.

We are happy to exchange or give a store credit. A refund will be given if the shoe is faulty as required by law.
